Aleks is incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates with a strong foundation in anatomy and movement and has a great way of explaining what's happening and why, and if one exercise/movement doesn't work she has about 20 others up her sleeve to activate your muscles. She is also very encouraging and her classes are a lot of fun. Thank you Steph

Pilates classes with Aleks are fantastic, she pushes you to achieve more and provides adaptations and alternative exercises to meet individual needs. Each class ends with mindful breathwork, a wonderful and much needed pause in my week. Aleks creates a beautiful space and every week I leave feeling stronger and calmer.

I rarely stick to any kind of classes, but Aleks provides the most enjoyable and beneficial guidance explaining techniques brilliantly. I always feel better after her Pilates class, so I keep going back for more! Well done Aleks 👏..you’ve got me hooked.

I love doing Pilates with Aleks. I’ve been doing it for quite some time via classes and 1:1’s with Aleks for my fitness and strength but more so because of the calming, and relaxed feeling I feel at the end of it. Don’t get me wrong, I feel like I have pushed my muscles to do things they are not used to doing and the burn is real 😁 but that’s when I know I’m working hard and Aleks just has the best gentle way of teaching and describing all the positions in such a simple and understandable way that it’s so enjoyable. The best part is the classes always end in a very relaxed stretch and calming meditation which completely eases away anything that has stressed me out during the day. Love it, love Aleks 💛

Aleks is a wonderfully inclusive Pilates instructor - no judgement here! Pilates really does offer something for everyone and Aleks' group classes are the perfect antidote to the stresses of everyday life, helping you to feel stronger and more flexible. I've been lucky enough to also visit Aleks' for one-to-one reformer sessions and found these incredibly helpful - Aleks listened to my needs and really put me at ease... While challenging me to do MY best! Highly recommended!

Following hip surgery in 2020, I visited Aleks for the first time in 2021, with a view to getting fitter, and more flexible. Her 1-1 reformer classes are excellent, her attention to detail is superb, and I am feeling the benefits in my golf and everyday living. I cannot recommend Aleks more highly. Not only that, she’s fun!

Aleks is a great teacher, she is patient and her lessons are fun. She is attentive and very supportive. I love her lessons and always come away feeling so much better. I would recommend Aleks and Soul Balance Pilates.

Aleks is a great Pilates teacher. I have been attending her classes for 5 years. It has helped my flexibility enormously and hate to miss a week. She makes the classes fun while instructing us clearly.

Aleks is an incredible reformer pilates coach and instructor! I love my weekly 1:1 sessions. Aleks tuned in to mine and my body's needs from day 1 and she is able to adapt sessions quickly to how my body is feeling. My time with Aleks is integral to the positive management of my body, mind and general health particularly as someone with scoliosis.no week is ever thr same unless I want it to be. I enjoy the variety mixed in with the core basics. That are the foundations of reformer.The Soul Balance Pilates studio is a place of calm and focus with the mantra on the wall reminding you of the most important elements of life to inhale and exhale.

Aleks is a great instructor...experienced, fully educated with great knowledge of your body. She is patient, interesting and kind...and she will put you to work! Highly recommend Soul Balance Pilates for 1:1 reformer classes and great Group.Classes too!
